Thanks to our collaborators, we were able to will Practice a beautifully energizing hour of Hatha Yoga with our lovely Clea Daher on one of the most spacious rooftops of Ashrafieh in Beirut, Listen to the sounds of the breeze and our busy Beirut in the far background, Learn about Sports injury prevention & management with Michel Al Dawalibi: Physical Therapist and Manual Therapist Osteopathic, and Taste some healthy delicious Spoonful bites prepared by Clea herself.

Yoga Class Details:
During this 1h Hatha Yoga Class, we will practice traditional sun salutations, along sides deep stretches, dynamic postures, and some soothing relaxation all through the flow.
About Michel Al Dawalibi
He graduated in physical therapy from the Lebanese University, Faculty of public health, while completing his internship in several hospitals such as Hotel Dieu De France, Levant, and St. Georges University then he expanded his knowledge in Clinical practice at clinic Dr. Adel Al Rayess Osteopath D.O for two years and still expanding it at Whim Boutique Gym till date.
Furthermore, he completed his master’s degree in manual therapy osteopathic at Lebanese University faculty of public health. In addition to that, Michel graduated in Dramatic Arts at Lebanese University faculty of fine arts.
He mixes his physical therapy skills with other disciplines such as massage therapy, manual therapy, osteopathy, reflexology, pressure point therapy, and pranic healing.
Michel has more than 5 years of experience in physical therapy and manual therapy osteopathic.
The aim of Michel is combining his therapeutic skills with his dramatic art skills.
About Clea Daher
Clea is a clinical dietitian who is passionate about healthy eating made easy. She believes that for change to be sustainable, it should fit into one’s lifestyle, belief system, and budget.
She graduated with a BS in nutrition and dietetics and an MS in food technology from the American University of Beirut. She has extensive experience in therapeutic nutrition (disease-related), food service nutrition, weight management, and sport’s needs.
Furthermore, Clea is a sports enthusiast, she enjoys working out and encourages her patients to use sports as a tool to achieve their physical and mental goals.
Recently, Clea has completed a 200h yoga teacher’s training, and after 6 years of practice is finally sharing her passion for yoga with others.
